There are two kinds of lessons.
One uses visual images and one uses audio and text.
Visual Exercises
Visual exercises use visual cues to generate speech. Sets of images are shown three times in an exercise. The first time the student is encouraged to listen and absorb the words. Text accompanies the audio to reinforce spelling and grammar. The second time students are asked to repeat the sentences they hear. They then hear the correct response. The third time the students are expected to generate the sentences themselves, followed by the correct response.

Audio Exercises
Audio exercises use audio cues to help students generate speech. Students repeat the leading sentence they hear and then are given audio cues to modify the next sentence. These exercises build fluency and help internalize grammer. Students must give their response before hearing the correct resonse, which always comes after the students’ answers. This helps students learn to self-correct and develop confidence and fluency. Text accompanies the lessons to reinforce spelling and grammar.
